Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including delayed, lost, or returned shipments once the order has been processed and shipped.

Fraudulent Disputes: Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these terms will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, transaction records, communication logs, and these Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or financial institution.
